Update: Attendee List for Event Signup

  • Name/Type Report - The Name and Type reports have been combined into a single report under the Name report. You will now see sections for Attending Scouts, Attending Adults, Regrets Scouts, and Regrets Adults.
  • Section Expand/Collapse – Each section of the Attendee list can now be collapsed or expanded to allow for more control in viewing and printing registration summaries. By default the Regrets Adult section for each report will be collapsed to remove confusion.
  • Patrol Report – For Boy Scout Troops adults have been pulled out of the Patrol sections and added to their own Adults Attending section
  • Member Links – Each member shown in the Attendee List is now hyperlinked to their Roster information.
  • Totals – The totals for attending, regrets, and cost have been simplified and added as table rows

Two new Reports have been added that cover those who have not registered online for an event.

  • Name – Separate sections for Scouts and Adults. The Scouts section shows the Patrol and Youth Leadership position. The Adult section shows Adult Leadership Position.
  • Patrol – The same format as the Name report but sorted by Patrol Name then Scout Name
