SOAR

The core content management system that sits behind SOAR's services has issued a new set of security patches.

These patches fix a potential security issue whereby documents could be downloaded without logging into the system. Once such security issue was identified by a customer.

The patches have been applied and tested. The security issue has been resolved.

You will now notice that all files to be downloaded (File section, Attachments, and Photos) now use the /system/files path gain access. This path is now properly security and requires an individual to login prior to access. The previous path to documents /sites//files has been secured and is no longer accessible.
