SOAR is pleased to announce general availability of our new Photo Upload Tool.
New Features
- Java based - will work in all browsers.
- Select multiple files to at the same time. No more selecting a single file at a time !
- See thumbnails of the pictures while you select them.
- Upload progress "meter" to keep track of the upload process.
- Picture "reduction" is now done on your computer, before the upload. This results in smaller files for upload and faster uploads.
- The Last Modified Date of the picture is now used to sort pictures in a Photo Album. No need to worry anymore about what order you upload pictures in.
Notes
- This update may have an effect on the display order of pictures in your current Photo Album, depending upon when they were uploaded.
- If you find a Photo Album(s) that you would like us to put back to its original picture order, please email us at support@soarol.com with the names of the Photo Albums
Use Administration/Content/Pictures to access the tool.
