Editing Registrations

Only someone with Administrative persmissions can edit ALL registrations.

Registrations cannot be deleted, for historical reasons. Registrations can be changed so that the number attending is zero (0). This effectively "unregisters" the person while also keeping a record that they initially signed up for the event.

If the Edit Own option of Event Signup is used, members may be able to edit their own registrations.

Style	Account	What can be edited
By Family	Shared	Nothing - a shared account cannot be tied to an individual registration
By Family	Individual	Scout - his own registration. Parent - any registrations of the sons. Adult (non parent) - their own registration.
By Individual	Shared	Nothing - a shared account cannot be tied to an individual registration
By Individual	Individual	Everyone - their own registration.
