You will need to export two seperate files from TroopMaster to import into your Unit website. The first one contains Scout data and the second one contains Adult Leader data.
Use the following process to export and save each file.
- Open TroopMaster.
- Click File/Export/ASCII Delimited.
- Click "Include field names as first line of export".
- Select the "Comma Delimited" Format.
- Select Area "Scout Data" the first time through the process, "Adult Data" the second time.
- Select the date format "MM/DD/YYYY".
- Click the "Add All" button.
- Click the "Export" button.
- Save the file to your computer, make sure to label appropriate for Scout and Adult data.
